  • Each Series raises capital from accredited and sophisticated investors under Regulation D, Rule 506(b).
  • Investor funds are used to acquire or develop a single property or subdivision through a single-purpose entity, which takes title, manages operations, and ultimately sells the asset.

Our Objectives are Simple:

  • Acquire land and properties in growth markets
  • Add value through entitlement, construction, or repositioning
  • Generate quarterly income distributions when available
  • Realize appreciation on refinance or sale within three to seven years
